Report the return conveniently by logging in to the online shop with the email address you used when you placed your order:

Select the order for which you wish to return products and select the products to be returned. Send the information to us via your order details and you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the return.

General information

You have the right to return your order by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Made-to-measure products, such as cut-to-size fabrics, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in good condition for sale and well packed for return. If the returned product has been used in breach of the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company is entitled to claim a reduction in value up to the full price of the product plus return costs.

When returning a delivered order, please include your name, contact details and order number. Remember to ask for and keep your receipt and tracking number when you submit your return package.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product you have ordered, you can return the exchanged product to our online store in accordance with our return instructions and place a completely new order for the product you want.
